It is not unusual to cross snowfields in the morning and bath in subtropical streams in the afternoon. Traditional trading trails are still use by local, authentic natives, inviting you to their primitive, through comfortable cottage. The purpose of trekking is not a certain destination, but the journey itself!!!

Trekking in Everest Region

Located in the eastern half of Nepal, the Everest Region offer a wide range of trekking experiences. From the well development trail to Everest base camp to trek in remote semi-wilderness areas, there is a choice to suit all-comers.
The most frequented part of the region is located in Solukhumbu District, the home of the Legendary Sherpa. The northern part of district is an encompassed in the Everest National Park, which was established to protect the fragile environment of this Alpine region. To the east of Everest National Park is the Makalu Barun National Park, a remote and wild stretch of mountain peaks and deep densely forested valley. To the west is the Rolwaling valley, a well – protected microcosm of culture and ecology. The southern part of the district, solu is much less frequented by tourist and can be a very rewarding destination in its own right. Besides Mountain Everest there are three other 80000 mtr. High peaks in the region,Lhotse , Cho-oyu and Makalu and in addition numerous other peaks of lesser altitude but no less stunning. Add to this glacial lake, Rhododendron forests, native Flora and Fauna, traditional villages and ancient Buddhist Monasteries, all go to make this region a spectacular destination.

1st day- Kathmandu to Lukla(2835m)by plane and stay
at Phakding which is situate 2652m height.
2nd day-Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3446m height ) [here is picture…
3rd day-Namche bazzar rest … of Everest Mount]
4rd day-Namche Bazzar to Tyangboche (3867 m height)
5th day- Tyangboche to Pherich (4252 m height)
6th day-Pheriche to Lobuche (4930 m height)
7th day- Lobuche - rest day for acclimatization.
8th day- Lobuche to Kalapatther (5545 m height)-Goraksep
9th day-Kalapatther or gorak shep to Everest Base camp ( )-Lobuche
10th day –Lobuche to Dengboche
14th day- Lukla to Kathmandu by plane.(4343m)
11th day-Gengboche to Namche Bazzar
12th day- Namche Bazzar to Phakding


13th day- Phakding to lukla (4343m)
14th day- Lukla to Kathmandu by plane.
